Demo Day.

Every Thursday at 12pm Central, I pick a real small-business problem and build the AI workflow that solves it — live, on screen, in 50 minutes. No slides. No qualification quiz. Just the build.

Replay sent to your inbox the same afternoon. You can also bring a problem from your own business — I'll run it through the queue.

Next three demos.

HVAC / Plumbing / Trades

The missed-call recovery loop

The problem: An owner-operator misses 4 calls/day while on a roof. At a $400 average ticket, that's $48K/year leaking.

The build: Live build: AI receptionist answers, qualifies the lead, books the calendar, texts the homeowner a confirmation — all inside 60 seconds. ROI in real time.

Law firms

The intake-to-booked-client pipeline

The problem: Paralegals spend their mornings doing intake forms. The matter doesn't open until the form is complete.

The build: Live build: AI pre-qualifies the lead, fills the intake form from the chat transcript, and opens a matter draft in Clio before the paralegal arrives.

Restaurants

The reservation-recovery workflow

The problem: A restaurant gets 30 reservation inquiries a week and answers 11. Conversion is whoever picks up the phone first.

The build: Live build: AI receptionist + SMS confirmation captures every inquiry, books the table inside OpenTable/Tock, and texts a confirmation. 3x the conversion, zero owner time.

how it works

The format.

  1. 1
    Minute 0–5

I open the problem. Real business, real numbers, real constraints. Sometimes the operator is on the call; sometimes it's anonymized.

  2. 2
    Minute 5–35

I build the workflow live in Claude Code + Pipecat + Stagehand + whatever the problem needs. You see every command, every prompt, every dead end.

  3. 3
    Minute 35–45

We run the workflow against real inputs. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it embarrassingly does not — that part doesn't get cut.

  4. 4
    Minute 45–50

Q&A. You ask anything, I answer in plain English. If your business has a version of this problem, this is when we talk about it.

  5. 5
    Same afternoon

You get the replay, the prompts, and the repo (when applicable) in your inbox. Free. Yours forever.
